Return Policy
We offer a 14-day period for exchanges or store credit.
- Eligible Items: Full-priced, unused items in their original condition, with the receipt and original packaging.
- Time Frame: 14 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases, or 14 days from the delivery date for online purchases.
- Return Condition: We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or unclean items.
- Return Timeline: Returns must be in the mail on their way back to us within 7 days of our approval of a return (based on the date on the postmark).
- Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Final Sale: Items on sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Gift With Purchase Return Policy
When returning items purchased during a promotion that included a free gift:
- The free gift must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- If your return reduces your original purchase below the promotion threshold, the gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted.
- If you are making a partial return and your purchase still meets the promotion threshold, you may keep the gift.
